We find the fault first, explain your options and only begin work once you’ve approved the price. If we can’t fix it, you don’t pay.

We explain it in plain English

No jargon, no pressure and no confusing explanations. We’ll tell you what’s wrong in plain English, so you can make an informed decision.

Straightforward, honest advice

If a repair doesn’t make financial sense, we’ll say so. We’d rather earn your trust than sell you work you don’t need.

Founder and lead technician

Gary founded Ripon Laptop Centre in 2009 and still works on the bench every day. If you’ve been told your computer is beyond saving, he’ll make sure it’s really had every chance.

Nathan Ward

Technician and workshop

Nathan specialises in repairs, upgrades and data recovery. Whether it’s speeding up an old laptop or building a new PC, he’s usually the one getting the job done.

Frank

Head of fetching

Frank doesn’t work in the workshop, but he remains an important member of the team. His main responsibilities are boosting morale, accepting fuss and reminding everyone to take a break.
